Between that before and after pic I was really only training 2 days a week at Norcal and eating a paleo diet. Like Nicki said, aroud 5 months in, I would do a third WOD at home but not every week, only when I could squeeze it in.  I have stepped up my training since then but not that much.... : ) I&#039;m pretty much 3 days a week and an occasional 4 days when I can sneak it in.

I have been to both the Paleo Brands seminar and the CF Nutrition cert and have seen Sarah&#039;s before and after pics. It has been mentioned that she only worked out 2 days/wk, does that mean at Norcal or total? I understand that she has a busy life and all, but NOTHING else?

&lt;strong&gt;Yep!  Probably about 4 or 5 months into that 7 month transformation she started doing an extra wod in her garage with her hubby...But that&#039;s it.  REALLY, you can do very little training as long as you eat properly!  Maybe Sarah will chime in here...&lt;/strong&gt;</description>
