Are you able to take advice, criticism, comments and change?
Do you like to learn about _both_ doing a task better and how to deliver that task to people better?
Do you like, and/or see the value in, doing a spectrum of activities each day rather than just specializing at one task?

I was a little nervous to take that..but 3 questions in I was laughing at how much I need to be my own boss. I would add “Do you have a passion for your product?” Loving what you do will get you through some soul sucking days when cash flow is tight and you need to stay positive.
